Staged as a clandestine, self-organized anti-war intervention on the outskirts of Kyiv in 2016, “NOT-PEACE” brought together artists resisting state aggression through ephemeral, non-institutional means. Operating outside formal gallery structures, the project utilized natural terrain and raw materials to bypass political censorship and explore the boundaries of vulnerable, nomadic art-making in times of conflict.
